There has been a ton of drama surrounding Deshaun Watson and the Houston Texans over the past few weeks, and at this level, issues are trying grim in Houston. Despite signing the quarterback to an enormous deal final season, Watson is extraordinarily sad with the way in which the crew has been run, and he is now looking for a way out of the city.

As a approach to present their assist, some fans marched for Watson just last week, and now, the mayor of Houston is getting concerned. In a latest tweet, Houston mayor Sylvester Turner despatched a message to Watson, saying that the quarterback means lots to the town and that he hopes one thing may be resolved.

“Houston loves @deshaunwatson and the @HoustonTexans,” Turner wrote. “Houston is a great city that is hungry to back our players and team. As Mayor of a City that is second to none, I pray we move forward together.”

Based on stories from Adam Schefter, it’s unlikely that Watson decides to remain in Houston, no matter who they rent as their subsequent head coach. This is horrible information for the franchise, which is able to now should bear one more rebuild.
