Queensland has recorded one new local Covid case – a fully vaccinated woman who recently travelled to the state’s north.
The Sunshine Coast woman’s case is unrelated to any of the existing outbreaks – with authorities confirming she had been infectious in the community for three days.
The woman, aged in her 20s, had flown back to the Sunshine Coast from Melbourne on July 13 chief health officer Dr Jeanette Young said.
