Virgin Australia has slashed prices on more than half-a-million flights as the airline marks its massive comeback from voluntary administration.
The ‘Go You Good Thing‘ sale has set prices as low as $75 for flights booked between December and June 23 next year.
Holidaymakers wishing to travel to the ultimate bohemian hotspot of Byron Bay can do so for $75.
Melbourne residents can also catch a flight to Launceston for $79.
They can travel to neighbouring state Adelaide for $89 or fly to the Gold Coast for $119.

Brisbane residents can purchase $155 flights to Hamilton Island as part of Virgin Australia’s fire sale
Adelaide residents have the option to fly to Alice Springs for just $169 or Sydney for $119.
Brisbanites can travel to Hamilton Island for only $155 or choose to fly to Cairns for $99.
Keen travellers will have to be quick to make the purchase, with the fire sale due to end at midnight next Friday.
The deal allows for 23 kilograms of luggage to be taken on board and seat selection.
The fire sales follow a turbulent period for Virgin Australia after the airline entered voluntary administration in April.
Bain Capital announced it would purchase the airline in September and the U.S private equity group officially took over the airline in November.

In October, Virgin Australia CEO Paul Scurrah stepped down from his role after the airline reported $349million in losses.
‘I have continued to be so proud of the way my team and our entire organisation has fought to save this airline and to keep competition alive and well in Australia,’ Mr Scurrah said in a statement on October 15.
‘We have succeeded in not just ensuring the future of the company, but also reset the business to ensure it is well placed to deliver for Bain Capital for many years to come.’
