South Australia has recorded 64 new cases of Covid-19, marking the highest daily increase since the start of the pandemic.
The increase in cases comes as the state government announces a revised plan for the next stage of easing restrictions.
From December 28 once 90 per cent of the state are vaccinated, the government will ease density restrictions for hospitality venues and nightclubs, but only for fully vaccinated punters.
Meanwhile, mask wearing in indoor public venues will remain, along with quarantine requirements for vaccinated international travellers, but the period will reduce from seven days to three.

‘We’re going to see the numbers in South Australia continue to climb,’ he said.
